I do not usually leave hotel reviews, but Bob at the front desk not only was the nicest guy i ever met at a hotel, but after I drove 10 hours that day, got my room quick and easy, and really made a good impression. Rooms and beds l are very comfy. Recommend this place to anyone!
I don't usually leave reviews but this hotel deserves so much praise. We will never stay anywhere else in Kilgore. This hotel is SO CLEAN! I would eat off the floor with 0 hesitation. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Bob was amazing and so kind. This is the best experience I have had at a hotel in quite awhile. We were here for a family reunion and we will definitely be booking here again.
Comfortable beds and rooms were very clean. Bob at the front desk was such a sweetheart and made my family and I feel right at home. Would definitely recommend staying here.
This was a great stay. The woman at the desk was friendly and helpful and recommended a fun local restaurant (The Back Porch). The room was very clean and comfortable. And when I was packing up to leave a rooster was patrolling his territory in the neighborhood across the street. How cool is that?
Front desk was so kind at check in. Room was very clean. Extra towels were there. Hot breakfast was great and someone would make your waffles too.
My sister & her husband come from Houston and visit me A LOT. They have stayed in this hotel several times. They always say how nice the hotel is and how nice the staff is. Especially a young lady named Heather. Keep up the great work Comfort Suites so my sister has a comfortable place to stay when they come to visit.
Room was okay, not bad but Bob the counter clerks is amazing and the company should keep him at all cost. Just makes you feel welcome and at home.
